As we are in preparation to move onsite, the online registration form will be closing at 12:00 Midday Friday 21st November. After this time we will no longer be accepting online registrations.
Should you still wish to register, please visit the registration desk on the first level of the Crown Promenade on Monday 24th November from 8:00am. Your registration will be processed on site at the conference.

Registration Entitlements
The entitlements for each registration type are as
follows:
The General Registration Fee entitles delegates to
the following:
- Attendance at all conference sessions
- Attendance at the pre conference workshops
- Welcome Reception
- Morning and afternoon tea each day
- Lunch each day
- Delegate satchel
- Conference handbook
The Pre Conference Workshop Registration Only Fee entitles
delegates to the following:
- Attendance at the pre conference workshops
- Workshop Notes
- Catering for the full day
- Welcome Reception
The Half Day Pre Conference Workshop Registration Only Fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Attendance at the half day workshop
- Workshop notes
- Morning or Afternoon Tea
- Lunch
- Welcome Reception (for afternoon workshop only)
Payment of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed
until payment in full is received.
Within Australia
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Please
note all transactions by credit card will appear on
your statement as payment to Conference by The Meeting
Planners. Cheques should be made payable to “The
Meeting Planners/AMHOC 2008”. Your name and full
address should be typed or printed clearly on the back
of the cheque.
International
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or
bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an
Australian Bank and be made payable “The Meeting
Planners/AMHOC 2008”. Your name and full address
should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the
cheque. Fees will not be accepted by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via
email or post with confirmation of your requirements
according to your registration form. Your registration
will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not
accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before
the conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include
any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at
the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference
Managers.
Registration Fees
- On or before Wednesday 22 October 2008, cancellation
will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee
- After Wednesday 22 October 2008 there will be no
refund
Accommodation
- One nights deposit must be paid or credit card
details given at time of booking to guarantee reservations
- The deposit is non-refundable on or after 22 October
2008
Social
- Payments are non-refundable from 22 October 2008
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
It is strongly recommended that at the time you register
for the conference and book your travel you take out
an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should
include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of
your participation in the conference, or through cancellation
of the conference, loss of international/domestic air
fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour
monies through cancellation for any reason including
airline or related services strikes within Australia,
failure to utilise pre booked arrangements due to airline
delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses
(including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage
to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation
should travel arrangements have to be altered. The conference
managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant
failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance
is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Privacy
Australia operates under the Privacy Amendment (Private
Sector) Act 2000. The Conference Managers comply with
such legislation which is designed to protect the right
of the individual to privacy of their information. Information
collected in respect of proposed participation in any
aspect of the Conference will be only used for the purposes
of planning and conduct of the Conference, may also
be provided to organisers of future events or used to
provide you with information of other relevant events.
It is also usual to produce a ‘Delegate List’
of attendees at the Conference and to include the individual’s
details in such a list. Consent for publication of the
individual’s information may be withheld when
completing the Registration Form for the Conference.
Individuals are also entitled to access the information
held by written application to the Conference Managers.
